"stand alone” service. Claims are processed according to the

their spending accounts online and receive reimbursement via

New Health Reimbursement Arrangements
In response to
employer demands for new ways to control growing medical plan
costs, on June 26. 2002,the IRS issued guidance on defined
contribution health care accounts. New Health Reimbursement
Arrangements (HRAs) must be entirely employer funded, pay only
for substantiated medical expenses and provide for the carryover
of unused amounts to future years. Tri-Star can help you design
and administer this new benefit. Tri-Star maintains payroll
interfaces with ADP, PeopleSoft, Ceridian and many other payroll
systems and customizes the process to meet your needs.
