Tri-Star
Systems is a Third-Party Administration company dealing with
Section 125 and 129 flexible benefit plans. In addition, we
provide COBRA and HIPAA administration services, customized employee benefit
statement services, and we are also an application service
provider for an On-Line Human Resource Information System (HRIS)

We
began as a joint venture partner with Centerre Bancorp of St. Louis, Missouri. Our purpose was to
provide Section 125 Flexible Benefit Plan Administration
Services to correspondent banks.
In
1987, after a larger regional bank purchased Centerre, Tri-Star became an independent corporation
and continued to provide services to existing customers, while
extending its reach beyond the banking business.
Since
that time, we have continued to grow, adding services to our
offerings and adding regional and national companies to our
customer list. |
